Cartridge Moving Unit
When the plunger pushing action is completed, the horizontal movement mechanism automatically moves the finished product to the printing position, and pushes the finished product to the slide, so that the finished product slides into the prepared finished product box.

(2)THREE WAY VALVE:
THERE IS A COPPER AXLE CENTER INSDE THREE WAY VALVE.
DO NOT KNOCK ON IT SURFACE OTHERWISE IT WILL LOSE EXACT TOLERANCE.
THE THREE WAY VALVE INSIDE SURFACE CAN NOT TO DESTORE WHEN YOU CLEAN SILITONE.
THERE ARE TWO PACKING ORING BOTH SIDES THE THREE WAY VALVE WHAT CAN AUTO
SUPPLY OIL TO LUBRICATE & AVOID SILICONE TO CONGEAL.
(3)THE THREE WAY VALVE IS MADE BY STAINLESS STEEL.
THE FILLING NOZZLE IS MADE BY STAINLESS STEEL.THE INNER CORE IS TO CLEAN.
1.THE FILLING MACHINE CONTROL SYSTEM USE MITSUBISHI PROGRAM LANGUAGE
CONTROLLER(PLC) + MAN MACHINE INTERFACE(MMI).
2.THE FUNCTION OF MAN MACHINE INTERFACE(MMI):
DURING PRODUCTION.IF THERE ARE SOMETHING ERROR THE PROGRAM LANGUAGE CONTROLLER (PLC)
WILL STOP WHOLE SYSTEM AND SHOW ERROR MESSAGE ON MAN MACHINE INTERFACE(MMI).
THE MMI CAN RECOMMEND HOW TO TROUBLE SHOOTING.OPERATOR MUST SOLVE THE PROBLUM
AND THEN CONTINUE PRODUCTION.
| Filling Step: |
a.Put a cartridge on the clip
b.The detector of cartridge is active and cartridge clip is active,
then CARTRIDGE CYLINDER forward and nozzle inside the cartridge,
also the obstructing cylinder forward.
c.STUFF CYLINDER forward, then the Air exhaust from cylinder to release rear pressure,
the cylinder under FREE condition. The exhaust time is adjustable, minimum 0.01 second.
Once, exhaust time was over, the hydraulic COUNTING CYLINDER is active, when the glue be
squeezed into cartridge, at same time, the STUFF CYLINDER be push back.
After stuff action was completed, a limit switch will be active, means stuff over.
d.STUFF TIME is adjustable, to completely squeeze the glue. Once time out,
the stuff cylinder will turn back to stand-by position. At same time, CUTTER CLUTCH active,
once cut time was over, both STUFF CYLINDER and OBSTUCTING CYLINDER will turn back to stand-by position.STUFF CLIP open.
e.3-way valve start to active and re-fill the glue,thus COUNTING CYLINDER turn back to stand-by position.
f.When the filling step finished, taking the cartridge to Plunger Station
g.The action of Stuff and Plunger is operated at same time.Once the cartridge was detected at
Plunger Station, the PLUNGER CYLINDER will be active and insert the plunger into the cartridge.
When PLUNGER CYLINDER forward to set position,will idle a while(adjustable),then PLUNGER CYLINDER
turn back to stand-by position.There is a detector at front of PLUNGER CYLINDER,if active which means
silicone quantity shorted.
h.After plunger, operation conveyor moves again to next step for printing. Once the cartridge was detected
at Print Station, print cylinder will forward and (cartridge rotate) motor active, fix plate push down and
holding the cartridge, then JET PRINTER active. The operation time of printer will be set by PLC.
After time out,print cylinder turn back to stand-by position, motor stop.
i.operation conveyor moves again to next step. Finally, the cartridge (finished product)
will be rolling to package table.
